As a part of B.Ed curriculum Physical Science option students were assigned a task to visit the flood affected area and check the quality of water present there. We went to Kava and collected water from there for water quality analysis. The water sample we collected was analyzed in the Environmental Engineering laboratory at N S S College of Engineering, Palakkad. As per the analysis result the water sample we collected was highly polluted and it was not recommended for drinking and any other purpose.
